Duties Include:
- Opening and closing with key holder responsibilities.
- General cleaning and organising of shop shelves.
- Managing stock levels for demand and updating online menus to reflect current availability.
- Working as a team to fulfil multiple online orders by grouping orders based on their location to reduce delivery times and save fuel.
- Advising customers of allergen information and any extras that can be added to products on their order.
- Working flexibly including swapping shifts with other members of staff at short notice.

The task consisted of upgrading an in house solution to become a website to allow a user to keep track of a projects progress by logging the different jobs completed and the time/cost for each. Uncompleted jobs are displayed to the user along with details relating to different project metrics.

I noticed that payroll and worker rota distribution could use some improvement at my workplace. The goal of this project is to have everything in one place, this will make it possible to create and store rotas, calculate employee hours and pay whilst giving access to both managers and staff.
